I have way to much time to craft, said no crafter ever! -unknown Hello Chancers!!! I can not believe that it has been almost a year since I posted on my blog. It saddens me to think I have let so much time laps between posts. A lot has happened over the past year though and I am excited to be back with more content. I have had so many new things to try but I have been having such a creative block that I have almost been to paralyzed to write. I have tried quite a few things and I am eager to share them with you!! This week I am on vacation and while I have not planned a huge get away for myself, I have decided that I will take this opportunity to pick up some of those projects, dust them off and get to it. I have always liked jewelry (what girl doesn't), and I have always enjoyed DIY projects , so I thought why not get a jewelry making kit and start combining two things I enjoy!! The kit I purchased was Crystazzi. You can find it or something similar at your local craft store. This kit provides you with all the beading, chains, elastic, and earrings you will need. You will need to purchase regular jewelry pliers and crimping pliers( I used them for cutting elastic and thin wire). When you have your supplies just follow the instructions for the pieces you want. This kit offered 2 necklace, 2 earring, and one bracelet project. I created one pair of earrings, the bracelet and one of the necklaces. Here is the pic. of the finished project!!
I can't wait to try more of these projects!! I had a blast, though it was a bit time consuming and frustrating at times, but I also allowed for the fact that I am a novice!! Happy Crafting!!
